Stuffed Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS

Small - medium sized button mushrooms Olive oil Garlic flakes Green masala 1 green chillie finely chopped Feta cheese with pepper Salt Cheddar cheese Chopped bell peppers Pepper dew Jalapenos

METHOD

Cut off stem from button mushrooms and chop finely Add garlic flakes, salt , pepper and green masala to olive oil. Brush the inside and outside of the mushroom in olive oil and place in a tray In bowl add feta cheese , cheddar cheese , chopped green chillie , garlic flakes , green masala , chopped peppers , pepper dew and finely slice jalapenos and mix together and stuff inside mushrooms. Top with a little more cheddar cheese and grill in oven for +-10 minutes Remove from oven and serve immediately
