1 huge brinjol..or 2 medium
1 big onion chopped
1 big tomato..peel and chop
Chopped curry leaves
1 level teaspoon garlic
Salt to taste
Curry powder..kasmiri or mix
Half teaspoon tumeric
Half teaspoon dhana jeeraa
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Half tso crushed red chilli
Mix well..
Wash and make slits in the brinjol
Stuff as much as u can in in
In a nice small pot add oil
Heat up the oil
Place the brinjol and pour in the balance of the mixture..throw in 2 green chillis .2 whole garlic
Cook on high ..first
Turning gently
Then leave to cook on low till simmered
Add some Tamarind extract..cook
Drain out access oil
Serve with fresh roti..or khurie kitcherie
