RECIPE
Prepare the following:
Boil spaghettiFry onion and garlic (brown - both saperately) keep asideIn hot oil add chilli powder and keep asideCut coriander leaves and cubed onions and keep aside
To cook chicken:
Cube chicken fillet in green chillies, garlic paste and salt.
To cook coconut milk:
Take one cooking spoonful (chamcho) ghee (Clarified butter), heat it and then add Jeeru (Cumin) let it fry. To that add one cooking spoonful chana flour - braise until golden brown. Add salt. Mix 1 coconut milk tin and 1 coconut cream tin. Steam until one or two boil. Add cooked chicken in it. Add little chinese salt.
Then mix everthing and serve by adding fried samoosa pur on top.
