INGREDIENTS
1pkt tennis biscuits crushed ,rubbed
with +/- 100g
butter.rub butter and biscuits until
they resemble
chunky crumbs
1tin condensed milk
1small tin nestle cream
+/- 1/4cup lemon juice
1 cup cremora
1tin canned peaches(drained)
METHOD
blitz the drained peaches until puplish
combine rest of ingredients and mix
well,add enough lemon juice
to thicken the mixture to a whipping
consistency.
in tall dessert glasses layer biscuit
mixture with
the cream mixture .decorate with sliced
peaches or
glazed cherries .cover and refrigerate.
can be set in a flat pyrex dish too
peaches can be substituted with canned
pineapple:)
