INGREDIENTS
1 tub vanilla ice cream (slightly melted)
chopped almonds(if desired)
chopped whole nut chocolate or crushed flake
1 tablespoon nutella(chocolate spread)*if desired
1pkt tennis biscuits crushed rubbed with +/- 100g
butter.
METHOD
spray a loaf cake tin with cooking spray and line
with clingwrap,press biscuit mixture firmly at the
bottom of the tin
combine the remaining in ingredients , mix well,do
not allow the ice cream to entirely melt.
pour this mixture over the biscuit base cover the
tin with cling wrap and freeze for about an hour or
two
before serving turn the ice cream our of the tin
remove clingwrap and cut slices
INFO & TIPS
any kind of chocolate can be added to the ice cream
mixture
