INGREDIENTS
6 cups cake flour 1 packet instant dry yeast2 teaspoon salt2 tablespoon brown sugar(or white)2 tablespoon butter½ cup oil2 cups milk ¼ cup boiling water
METHOD
Set oven at 180 C
Melt the butter in the boiling waterAdd the milk and oil.
Sift the flour and salt.
Add the sugar and dry yeast and mix wellMake a well in the centre and add the liquid.
Make a soft dough and knead it well for 10 minutes
Place in an oiled dish, cover with clingfilm and allow it to rise in a warm place for about 2 hours or till 3 times in sizeKnock it down, divide the dough into 2and place it in 2 bread tin.
Let it rise for another 30 minutes or till it rise above the bread tin..
Brush milk or egg over the top.Sprinkle sesame seeds
Place bread tins in the oven and lower the heat to 170°C
Let it bake for about 35 minutes
Bake about 5 minutes longer if you want a crisper crust
If you want a soft crust then brush it with some milk or melted butter
