500g Macaroni/Penne Pasta or "your choice of pasta" 4-5 Cups Boiling WaterPinch Salt1 teaspoon Oil1-2 Cups Cheese, (grated) 2x Tomatoes, (sliced) Mixed HerbsLemon pepper (Sprinkling) 1 /4 Cup Milk2x Pkts Creamy White Sauce or Three Cheese Sauce2 teaspoon Butter
Line the pyrex with melted butter.Cook the pasta as instructed on the back of the packet,(add the oil in the boiling water).Add a layer of pasta, top with some cheese then the white sauce. REPEAT (2x)Pour the milk slowly over the pasta layers. Lastly top with the tomato slices & handful of grated cheese. Sprinkle with the mixed herbs. Dot with the butter. *Bake for 20 minutes, until cheese melts* 😋Lovely with a Toss Salad 🥗 & Garlic bread 🥖
INFO & TIPS
Add the Low fat Milk to the Mac & Cheese, it will keep longer for 2 days in the fridge in a airtight container.
Freezes well & reheat in microwave as desired👍
