Pita 2 cups flour 4 teaspoon baking powder 2 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 1 egg Salt and chopped chives Sourmilk to make a soft dough Leave dough to rest for a bit Roll out in rounds or ovals and fry on hot tawa,brush with ghee (Clarified butter) Top with any fillings of choice,chicken cubes,steak, vegetables Add chips and cheese and herbs and grill

Tikka Bhoti Chicken 📝: Yas t1 kg fresh chicken fillet cut into big cubes Marinate with 2 teaspoons garlic 1 teaspoon najmahs chilli paste (chilli garlic paste)2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 teaspoons salt ¼ teaspoon tumeric 2 teaspoons crushed red chillie 2 teaspoons shaan tandoori masala 1 teaspoon chilli powder ½ teaspoon lemon pepper 1 tablespoon yoghurt drop of red food colouring 2 tablespoons oilMarinate overnight. Add ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter) to square griddle and fry chicken turning all the tym till done baste with leftover marinade and cook till slightly charred serve on skewers with lemon chips roti sauce and salad
