INGREDIENTS
1 cut chicken washed and cleaned
+/-1 tablespoon red ginger garlic masala
+/-1 tablespoon red chicken masala
finely crushed skinned almonds or cashews
1 small tin tomato puree
crushed dana jeeruand and salt
ready fried onions(the one u use in biryani)
a little red food colouring
potatoes
butter
METHOD
marinate chicken with all the above , cut potatoes in wedge sizes and fry til golden and cooked.
in broad pot (I use the braod flat amc pot)on medium heat melt a generous amount of butter add the chicken pieces without the marinate the chicken should start to change colour then add the rest of its marinate, cook until tender adding water in intervals.Add the potatoes to the pot garnish with fresh coriander, serve with naan or steamed veggies
INFO & TIPS
the chicken shouldn't be completely dry it should have a nice sauce to it..
