Braise +-3-4 tablespoon butterWith 2 torn up Red whole dry chilliFew cloves of sliced garlicBraise then 3-4 bunch of Methi (Fenugreek) bhaji (Spinach) (boil bhaji (Spinach) separately in a pot drain off that water then I braise so that it's not too bitter)BraiseAdd 3-4 cups of water bring to boil Add salt to tasteCook till bhaji (Spinach) is soft
