Ginger, garlic, red chillies, salt, haldi, 3 tablespoon tomato sauce, 3 tablespoon mayonnaise, lemon pepper, steak & chops spice, Aromat (a South African Spice) & lemon juice.
Marinate and heat a ladel of oil & throw over the marinate. Refridgerate for few hours or overnight. Set out in oven pan & cut pieces of butter & throw ¾ cup water. Cover with foil & grill or bake @ 180 degrees for an hour
