INGREDIENTS

125g butter2 eggs1 cup caster sugar2 cup self raising flour4 ripe bananas mashed½ teaspoon salt½ cup water1 teaspoon bicarb

METHOD

Preheat oven 180 degrees.Bake 30-45 minutes.Cream butter and sugar.Beat in eggs one at time.Add bananas.Dissolve bicarb in Water.sift dry Ingredients.place into well greased pan Or loaf tin.
