INGREDIENTS
2 grated carrots1 and ½ cup of semolina flour2 cups milk½ cup of fresh cream 2 eggs½ teaspoon egg yellow½ cup sugarghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter)Safron and Elachie powder
METHOD
In a pot heat ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter) and melt, add 2 whole Elachi (cardomom) and a cinnamon stick. Now add grated carrots and semolina flour and stir well until combined very well. Then add sugar and cook a bit more. In a bowl mix the eggs, milk, fresh cream, saffron and Elachie powder and add to the pot. allow to cook on a low heat. Keep stirring until late thick. Decorate with sliced almonds, sultanas and pistachios
