INGREDIENTS
- 300g spaghetti boiled- some olive oil- 1 medium onion- 1 teaspoon garlic crushed- salt and pepper to taste- ½ teaspoon turmeric- oregano to taste (or any other herbs : thyme, basil)- ¼ tablespoon sugar- 2 big tomatoes (roma or salad) cubed
METHOD
Heat the oil
Braise the onion till lightly pink
Add the garlic and spices and mix nicely
Add the tomatoes mix and leave it to cook on medium heat
Add little bit of water and handmix (or use the blender) then evenly coat your spaghetti in
When serving, dish with some parmesan cheese grated on top (or any other cheese that you prefer)
INFO & TIPS
- If you like spicy food then you may add chili powder when adding the spices
- it may sound blend but once in a while it is nice to eat not over spiced / over saucy food
