INGREDIENTS
1lt inkomazi 1 onion 1 tomatoe 1 handful coriander 1 tablespoon crushed garlic or 3 cloves 250 ml fresh cream 1 teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds2 teaspoon sesame seeds 5 green chillies 2 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon tumeric powder 1 teaspoon whole jeeroo 1 sprig curry leaves
METHOD
1lt inkomazi 1 onion 1 tomatoe 1 handful coriander 1 tablespoon crushed garlic or 3 cloves 250 ml fresh cream 1 teaspoon Methi (Fenugreek) seeds2 teaspoon sesame seeds 5 green chillies 2 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon tumeric powder
Liquidize the above till well blended
In a pot add 3 teaspoon oil 1 sprig curry leaves and 1 teaspoon whole jeeroo than add the inkomazi mix and stir continuously on high heat till comes to a boil (stirring constantly avoids curdling)
