Braise 2 sliced onions in ghee (Clarified butter) with few cloves Taj peppercorns slit chillies whole jeeru (cumin) Add in 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 kg chicken pieces Cook abit. Add in 1 cup liquidised tomatoes and ¼ cup tomato puree.
Add in 6 potatoes ¼ed and fried 2 cups grated carrots 2½ to 3 cups washed basmati rice. Add about 2 cups water.Cook on stove top till most water has evaporated. Cover with foil and steam in oven. Serve with dahi and salad
