Its advisable to marinate your mutton night before as I usually do.mutton takes long to cook Mutton pieces Salt Red powdered chillies Ground dhania (coriander) Ground Jeeru (Cumin) little arad (Turmeric) Ginger garlic paste Red masala past Vinegar Make an onion vagaar with a few taj lavang Elachi (cardomom) when golden brownn add mutton cook on low heat adding water so mutton can get cooked .add grated carrots and allow carrots to cook well lastly add to puree and potatos in quaters pre fried. I layer boil rice over thisand allow to steam on low heat till done.before serving take ghee (Clarified butter) heat up add rasins when it swells pour over the pilau. Serve with dhai onion kachoomar and papar. Remember me in your duas❤
