500g soji (semolina)500g rama2 Elachi (cardomom)2lt milk2× 385g can condensed milk6 eggsFood colouring Cinnamon sticks 2 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder1 can dessert cream Almonds for decorating
METHOD
In a pot melt butter. Put in the Cinnamon sticks Elachi (cardomom) and soji (semolina). Keep mixing the soji (semolina) till it becomes light brown.. Then you add the milk mix. Keep on mixing the soji (semolina) till the soji (semolina) is all dried out. Once soji (semolina) is cooked and the dessert cream and sprinkle with colorful almonds.
INFO & TIPS
Mix together: milk, condensed milk, elachi powder, few drops of food colouring and eggs.mix all this in a bowel. Then add to the soji.
