INGREDIENTS
1/2kg chicken fillet, cut into cubes
1 cup milk
1 tbp lemon juice
1 cup cake flour
4 tbp breadcumbs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon red chillies
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon chicken spice
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tbp herb blend (or parsley)
METHOD
marinade chicken cubes for at least 2 hours in
milk and lemon juice, then drain. combine rest of
ingredients in a plastic bag. shake chicken cubes
in plastic bag till well coated. fry in medium
oil.
