INGREDIENTS
1 egg
2 cups milk
65g butter
¾ cup semolina
4 tablespoon klim powder ( make paste with
milk)
elachie essence / Elachi (cardomom) powder
2 tablespoon almonds
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon fresh cream
METHOD
melt butter in a heavy based pot , in a separate dish mix egg , milk sugar and elachie essence and cream , then add the milk mixture to the butter and simmer till thicken slightly , add in almonds , semolina and klim. mix with a wooden spoon on low heat for approx 10 minutes , steam for another 10 minutes with lid close
topping :melt approx 100g milky bar and mix 1 small tin nestle cream pour over before serving garnish with almonds
