INGREDIENTS
1 cup cake flour1 teaspoon yeast1 tablespoon sugar1 tablespoon milk powder (klim)Salt (optional)1 tablespoon fennel seeds1 tablespoon softened butterWarm water to make dough.
METHOD
Mix together the flour, yeast, sugar, fennel seeds, milk pwder and salt make a soft dough with warm water once the dough comes together add in the butter and knead well let the dough rise till double in size, punch down shape in to a big bun brush with egg sprinkle sesame seeds and fennel seeds let rise once again before baking, Bake on 180°C till golden brown about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter cut in to thin long slices enjoy hot.You might feel the bread hard when you remove from the oven but it gets softer as it cools off.
