I should make my own pastry dough from red indian delight. but because I work full time I just buy ready cut dough.Cornish fillingChicken fillet cubedSalt and white pepperRed chilie powderGreen masalaMustard sauceAbout 3 to 4 tlbs vinegarOnions slicedChow chow (picalilli)
METHOD
Mix all put a little olive oil and cook and low heat.place in ready cut pastry and I cover with another cut pastry like a lid. This pies a little bigger than normal pies. brush egg bake
