1 litre milk1 tin condense milk1 big tin nestle dessert cream (I used fresh single cream 280ml)3 teaspoon ghas powder½ cup klim ( milk powder)2 tablespoon custard powder1 teaspoon fine Elachi (cardomom)1 tablespoon rose essenceDrop of colour (optional)
INFO & TIPS
Boil milk with ghas powder, mix milk powder and custard powder in little milk, add to the boiling milk and keep boiling till come up.
Remove from heat and add condense milk and ½ tin of the cream.
Beat well, pour in a mould and set the mixture.
After it sets turn it upside down in a serving dish.
Beat ½ tin of nestle cream pour cream over pudding and decorate as desired.
