500g tagliatelle pasta, boiled 1 cup sliced button mushrooms ½ chopped green pepper 10-12 pieces of polony chopped into strips ½ teaspoon crushed garlic ¼ teaspoon black pepper ½ teaspoon mixed Italian dried herbs½ teaspoon origanum½ teaspoon lemon pepper1 tablespoon green masala Olive oil½ cup fresh cream½ cup sour cream
METHOD
Saute the mushrooms and green pepper in olive oil with the spices and then add the polony. Saute until cooked. Add the fresh cream and sour cream. Add the pasta and mix well.
