RECIPE
5 medium sized carrots500ml milk¼ cup klim (milk powder)2 tablespoon butter
*Boil above until soft, mushy and milk has evaporated
½ cup semolina¼ cup ghee (Clarified butter)
* Braise Sojee (semolina flour) and ghee (Clarified butter). * Then add the cooked carrots to the Sojee (semolina flour) mix well.* Then add 1 tin condensed milk and ¼ cup milk mix well * allow to steam for 5 minutes * Then add ¼ teaspoon saffron thread, 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder * cover pot with lid and cook on very low heat until oil comes up to the surface. * Garnish with sliverd almonds and pistachio and rose petals (optional)
