INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons of instant coffee 2 tablespoons of brown sugar 2 tablespoons of boiling water 2 tablespoons of salted caramel frosting2 tall coffee/hot chocolate cupsSemi skimmed milk (cold)A tin of squirty whipped creamIce (optional)
METHOD
1.) Whisk the instant coffee, sugar, salted caramel frosting and boiling water till slightly thick but not firm.2.) Pour milk into cups - Add ice if desired.3.) Top with whipped cream.4.) Top with the whipped coffee mixture.5.) Enjoy!!!!!
