INGREDIENTS
1 kg fillet (cut into strips)¼ cup milk1 egg¼ cup flour (or more)2 tablespoon Mochachos spice (hot)2 tablespoon Mochachos chips spice
METHOD
mix all together. Marinate. Then deep fry in medium hot oil till brown. Sprinkle some spice before serving.
INFO & TIPS
1 Tblsp lemon juice can be added to the marinate to enhance the taste.
Serve with chips, rolls and salad
