Knead well,make a big ball and let rise for 1h20 minutes.Cut in 3, take each ball and make a rectangle stretching with your hands, fold the upper part to the middle then the lower part to the middle and pin it. Then join the upper and lower part together, roll it into a shape of a baguette. Add to a greased tray with oil,let it rise for another 30 minutes. Pre heat your oven to 200c 10 minutes before and add an empty tray/baking pan on the bottom. Sprinkle flour and make diagonal cuts on the baguette.After 10 minutes add the baguette to the oven and add 1 cup water to the tray/baking pan on the bottom. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
