1 packet dates 250g ½ cup vinegar 1 clove garlic 2 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)¼ cup lemon juice 2 bunch fresh dhania (coriander) 8 green chillies Salt to taste
Boil dates & vinegar on medium to low heat until soft & well pureed. Blend the other ingredients together in a food processor to make a fine chutney. Add to dates & mix well. Bottle when cold.
