MARINATE CHICKEN WITH: 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic 1 tblspn Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon Dhana Jeeru (Cumin) 1⁄4 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Red Chillis add to pot with 2/3 tblspn ghee (Clarified butter). Also add 3 Taj and 3 Elachi (cardomom)
When chicken is about 3⁄4 done add: 1cup tomato
Then grate 1 large Onion, removing all excess water. Braise Onion till pink. Then add 1⁄2 bunch dhania (coriander) chopped. Add to cooked chicken: Sliced badaam (almond) and the dhania (coriander)/ onion mix.
