3 cups Poha (flattened rice)2 boiled potatoes and chopped in small blocks 2-3 tablespoon green chilli paste 1 cup toasted/fried peanuts 2 tablespoon Turmeric 4 tablespoon mustard seeds/raai (mustard seeds)
4 tablespoon sesame seeds / tilliSalt to tasteSome lemon juice 2 small branches Curry leaves / Kadhi limdiCoriander
METHOD
In a wok pan, heat about 5 tablespoon oilAdd in mustard seedsAdd in green chilli paste and mix Add in peanuts and sesame seeds and mix add in potatoes Add in curry leaves and turmeric and let sizzleThen wash poha, add in and mix well till everything is well combined. Cook for few minutes and garnish with coriander and sesame seeds and pomegranate seeds (optional)
Serve hot with lemon
