INGREDIENTS
1 kg queen prawns (deveined, butterflied, heads on)Marinade :*1 heaped teaspoon crushed garlic*1 teaspoon red masala*Juice of half lemon*1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)*1 teaspoon @inapaarmanskitchen garlic pepper*1 teaspoon @inapaarmanskitchen lemon and black pepper
Sauce :ΒΌ bottle Calistos medium peri peri sauce Β½ cup fresh cream Squeeze of lemon juice 1 tablespoon garlic butter
METHOD
Mix all the (*) ingredients together into a paste. Gently rub prawns with the paste and allow to marinade 4-6 hours or overnight.Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius Place marinated prawns in a pyrex dish or oven tray. Drizzle over some oil Β± 2 tablespoon Put into the oven for 15 minutesIn the meantime :Prepare sauce by placing all ingredients in a saucepan and give one boil. Pour sauce over prawns place back into the oven turn on the grill and grill for 5 - 10 minutes (sauce will start bubbling remove from oven) Serve with cream spinach butternut and chips π
