1 kilo prawns of your choice . clean and buttefry the prawn .
add butter in a pan add few at the time press down to make sure they stay butterflied cook for 2 minutes each sides and remove . set aside
when you ready to serve add : add ¼ cup butter 1 whole fresly squeezed lemon 1 tablespoon fresh crushed garlic or chop ground green chili (depeding on how strong you eat ) 1 to 2 tablespoon parsley ½ teaspoon black pepper
sauce : ¼ cup nandos bushveld peri ¼ cup nandos garlic 1 frshly squeezed lemon 1 tablespoon tomat paste 1 tablespoon prego spice / mochachoes salt to taste
In a pan add the butter garlic green chili saute simmer add prawns as well as parsley and lemon freshly squeezed lemon cook on low to meduim heat for 5 minutes now add the sauces and cook for another 5 minutes serve immediately
