3 tablespoon Melted ghee (Clarified butter) or Butter or Margarine2 tablespoon oil1 kg Tenderised Rump Steak sliced a little thin in big pieces1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste½ teaspoon Crushed Garlic1 teaspoon Green Chilli OR Jalepeno paste2 tablespoon Maas or Yoghurt3 tablespoon Nestle Dessert Cream OR. Fresh Cream1 level teaspoon Dhana Leera mix (optional) 1 teaspoon Lemon pepper 1 teaspoon Black Pepper or White Pepper powderRosemary 1 teaspoon Lemon juice 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise3 tablespoon Jalepeno Sauce 1 teaspoon Mustard Sauce1 teaspoon Tomato sauceMix all of the above togetherMarinate few hours or overnightCook in Bauer or Nonstick PanCook On Low to Med heat. When almost doneAdd 3 tablespoon Creamy Pepper SauceAdjust the Taste
Before Serving
Garnish
with chopped Mint and green dhania (coriander)Few strips of Robot Pepper (Optional)
Serve with Chips and Roll or Buttered Bread😋
