INGREDIENTS
Half a shredded cabbage6 mutton sausagesHalf an onionChilliesOilSalt to taste
METHOD
Steam sausages in a big pot
While sausages on the stove, cut onion and keep aside.
Rinse cabbage and keep aside.
When sausages are done, set aside in a plate. In the same pot add 2 tablespoons oil and your onion and chillies.
When onions are cooked, add in your cabbage and some salt with a little bit of water.
Check pot atleast every 15 minutes. Cabbage must not dry out.
When cabbage is cooked, cut up your sausages and add it to the cabbage, toss and turn off stove.
INFO & TIPS
If you have a bitter cabbage, add just a little bit of sugar to your pot.
I like to serve this with hot roti
