1 litre milk ,1 ½ teaspoon falooda powder (china grass),a few drops of rose essence,1 big tin Nestle cream,2-3 tablsp rose syrup( I used the Herman Brand Rose syrup),cook on medium heat keep stirring till starts to bubble than add 1 big tin condensed milk and while waiting for it to reach boiling point use whisk/handbeater and beat till foamy.when starts to boil shift pour into desired bowls or a big Pyrex and refrigerate till set & add edible roses.🌷
INFO & TIPS
Don’t use an amc pot will get burnt use the old type pots.
