Beat egg whites with cream of tartar till fluffy Add vanilla extract Add sugar a tablespoon at a time lastly,Mix in cornflourPipe nests on to wax paper or silicone mat, Bake on 140 for 1 hour Top with fresh cream and fruit of your choice π

Merengue must be thick, turn the bowl upside down and shake it a little
It should stay firm
