INGREDIENTS
• 1 teaspoon ginger
• 1 ½ teaspoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 onion
• 6/8green chillies
• ½ bunch dhannia
• ½ cup tomato puree
Combine these ingredients together
• 1 pepper -chopped
• 3 tomatoes- chopped
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 1 chicken
METHOD
Method:
1. Combine ginger, garlic, salt , onion ,
green chillies, dhannia and tomato puree
2. Braise pepper and tomatoes in a little oil
3. Add the chicken and cook on medium heat.

Serve with roti/ naan/ pita
