Fresh And Sour Cream Casserole

INGREDIENTS

3 cups mixed noodles1 cup sweet corn
1 cup cubed chicken fillet½ teaspoon pepper½ teaspoon garlic1 small onion,grated ½ teaspoon tumeric½ teaspoon mixed herbs1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)2 tablespoon butter
250ml fresh cream250ml sour cream1 cup grated cheese1 cup finely chopped green pepper2 tablespoon butter

METHOD

1. Boil noodles with 1 tsblespoon of oil and drain.
2. Add sweet corn to noodles.Steam for 5 minutes.
3. Set aside.


1.Marinate chicken in all the ingredients.
2. Cook for about 10 minutes or until chicken is tender.
3. Set aside.


1. Beat cream together.
2. Add cheese and green pepper.
3. Set aside.

1. Mix together noodle,chicken & cream mixtures.
2. Place in a large casserole. Top with blobs of butter.
3. Bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

SERVES 4-6. Time 1 hour.
