RECIPE

Boil 3 cups of sugar, 1 cup milk, ¼ cup fresh cream
Once dissolved Add 1kg Klim , 1 can nestle cream4 tablespoons butter 3 teaspoon cardamon ½ cup sliced pistachio
Add small amounts to food processor until smooth Set in a greased silicone mold quickly as it sets fast Or set in a tub and scoop like ice cream 🍨

INFO & TIPS

You can halve the recipe and add essence / food colors
