INGREDIENTS
3tab badaam slivered
3 Elachi (cardomom) pods slit and remove seeds
Chicken or fillet
2tab ginger garlic masala
Salt,arid,dhana jeeru (cumin)
1 tub fresh cream
ghee (Clarified butter)
Yoghurt is optional
METHOD
Marinade meat in masala ans spices,set aside.
In pot braise Elachi (cardomom) and badaam in ghee (Clarified butter) til badaam is slightly browned,add chicken,braise till chicken is browned and water is burnt out,add fresh cream and cook for 10min with lid open, as a low fat option use plain yoghurt 125ml and fresh cream 125ml.
