Grilled Garlic Butter Prawns

RECIPE

RECIPE IS PER 1 BOX OF PRAWNS..
BUTTERFLY PRAWNS(CLEANED & WASHED)
3 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon freshly ground green chilles(add
more if
desired)
salt to taste

melt 125g butter and 1 heaped teaspoon
garlic just a
little then add to above marinade. mix
all
together and marinade prawns

place prawns opened up(butterflied)
into a oven
tray. pour the excess marinade over.
grill in oven until pink in colour

serve with chips, garlic butter
sauce ,savoury
rice ,garlic rolls

this recipe can be used for hake or any
other fish
