INGREDIENTS
MARINATION INGREDIENTS 1kg chicken cubes2 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder1 teaspoon jheera powder½ tspTurmeric2 teaspoon crushed Chillies3 tablespoon yogurt 1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon Salt( add more according to taste)2 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 3-4 green Chillies liquidized 1 tablespoon Garlic paste or crushed garlic
CHUTNEY INGREDIENTS 1 small onion chopped finely2 tomatoes liquidized or grated½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon sugar
OTHER INGREDIENTS fresh cream
METHOD
1. Marinate chicken overnight or minimum 2 hours
2. Fry chicken in butter on medium heat until water is dried up or almost cooked
( add just the chicken pieces and not the Marinate, Marinate will be used later)
3. Remove fried chicken from the pan and use the same pan(don't wash) to cook your chutney:.
- braise onions until golden brown- add tomato, sugar and salt - cook until almost chutney consistency -add remaining Marinate -add chicken - Cook for another 5 minutes -add fresh cream - once the curry simmers, remove from heat and enjoy:D

Quality fresh cream provides a better taste
Chillies need to be liquidized to provide a better flavour
