INGREDIENTS
1 kg chicken fillet(cubed)1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)½ teaspoon black pepper½ teaspoon mustard powder1 tablespoon (level) salt1 ½ cubes green chillies2 tablespoon steers garlic sauce2 tablespoon mayonnaisejuice of 1 lemon
1 ½ cups mixed veggies(boiled)
CHEESE SAUCE:2 tablespoon butter2 tablespoon flour1 cup milksalt & pepper(for tasting)¾ cup gouda cheese(grated)
METHOD
braise chicken in ghee (Clarified butter).add the black pepper, mustard powder, salt, chillies, garlic sauce, mayo and lemon juice.. cook on low. when chicken is cooked. shred. and add the mixed veggies.when its cool add the cheese sauce and mix
CHEESE SAUCE:braise butter and flour.add milk , salt & pepper and cheesestir until sauce has thickened and the cheese has melted.
