500g chicken fillet
1 teaspoon baking powder
Salt according to taste
Mochachos spice of your choice
Cut chicken into strips,add salt,pepper and beaten egg and marinade overnight in fridge.
Combine flour,baking powder,salt and pepper 1 teaspoon of each, heat oil separately and dip strips into flour mixture and deep fry,once removed from oil,toss immedietely with mochachos spice and place in 200c oven for 5 to 10min. Serve with mochachos whip and chips!
