Filling: 1Kg Steak Mince 3x teaspoon Cooking Oil2x Onions, (chopped) 5x Peppercorns1x teaspoon Steak & Chops Spice or any spice of your choiceSalt to taste1x teaspoon Black Pepper1x teaspoon Garlic paste2x Green Chillies... (optional)¼ teaspoon Jiera Powder ½ Cup Sago, soaked in 1 cup water
Add the oil in a pot, then add the onions, cook until soft, add the rest of all the ingredients. Add the sago lastly, dont add the water. Cook until thick. Cool the filling in the refrigerator. Roll out the 2x 500g Puff pastry, then add the filling....Brush with and beaten egg, sprinkle herbs on top or sesame seeds. Bake @ 170 degree oven for 45 minutes.
