RECIPE

4 eggs1 cup sugar 1 top vanilla essence Beat together on high till light and fluffy Add in half cup oil and beat on low whilst adding1 ½ cup cake flour2 teaspoon baking powder¾ cup orange juice freshly sqeezed or boxed -its better with fresh Combine well pour into greased cake pan and bake on 160 degrees celcius for +- 25 minutes. Or till golden.
