½ cup flaxseed powder ½ cup dessicated coconutPinch salt2 or 3 tablespoon approved sweetener like xylitol or stevia 1 cup almond flour ½ cup coconut milk or full cream milk or plain yoghurt ⅓ cup melted butter¾ cup blueberries frozen or fresh 2 teaspoon baking powder
Mix all dry ingredients together. Cream the wet with sweetener. Pour wet into dry and scoop into muffin tin lined with muffin cups. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until done. Serve as is or with cream or sugar free jam.
