Add to a pan:- 3 apples cut in cubes- 3 tablespoon sugar- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder- 2 tablespoon butter- Juice of ½ lemon Mix everything on medium heat for 5-10 minutes until the apples are mushy and soft. Now add 1 tablespoon flour and mix for 1 minutes more on low heat.
Cut TODAY puff pastry in 6 small rectangles, stretch them,add 2 tablespoon of the filling in one side, brush egg and close the other side.
Make 3 diagonal cuts on top, brush egg, and bake in pre heated oven 200c until ready. Serve with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
