1 chicken cut in 6 or 8 big pieces o left whole 2 teaspoon ginger and garlic Juice of 2 lemon 1 tblspn ground fresh red chillies 1 teaspoon chillie powder 1 teaspoon saffron 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) and jeera powder 2 tblspn nestle cream 2 tblspn tomato paste Hale teaspoon crushed red chillies
Make a paste with the above ingredients. Smear over chicken and marinate for half hour. Add ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tblspn to pot and heat. Place chicken in the pot and cook on low heat.
